Open for the summer! New listing! Welcome to and enjoy this Pismo Beach Condo, it has 2 primary suites only. Enjoy the Ocean breeze and a peek a boo views! This is the perfect location within blocks of Downtown Pismo Beach. Two story condo, fully furnished for 30 plus day stays. Before you even step in the home, there is a front deck to enjoy your morning coffee with views of the ocean. This is an open living space that is light and bright with high ceilings and travertine floors. The main bedroom is on the first floor with a California King bed. The kitchen has a nice view, it's fully stocked and many amenities. The dining room seats six, perfect for entertaining. The living room with luxury furnishings is cozy with a large screen TV. Perfect evening you can cozy up to the gas fireplace. There is another nook with a pull-out couch bed. Washer and dryer are on the same level. The grand staircase takes you to the Master suite with another King bed and an office/loft space. All bedrooms have large screen TVs. Gated private parking ensures that you'll never have to fight for a parking spot when you come enjoy your little piece of paradise!
Pismo Beach has an extremely busy calendar to keep visitors entertained. The dining is fabulous and fun. Treat your stay to high end dining to outside restaurants/cafes on the Pier. We welcome your stay, please let us know if you have any questions.

I had a vacation while I worked out of state

Beautiful property 2 and a half blocks to the beach. 5 blocks to Pismo Beach pier. An awesome Italian restaurant next door, and a Seafood restaurant across the street from it. The condo was clean, roomy, cozy, well stocked with all the essentials you may want. Two master bedrooms, each with king beds and balconies that let the sound of the ocean waves sing me to sleep.The property manager was very nice and rapidly responded to the one issue I had over the two months I stayed there. The gated parking was nice, and mostly empty due to other condos were someones vacation homes. I loved going on walks, runs, flying my kites, or hangingout in thev area!

My Favorite Place

355 Ocean View Avenue was so much more than I expected. The condo is beautiful. I love the stone floors.. the decor is very cozy, comfortable and inviting. I cooked every night in the kitchen. It has everything one needs. Nothing has been missed. I was surprised to find a nice bottle of Edna Valley Chardonnay waiting for me. Very classy and I appreciated this extra touch. I loved the master bedroom and bathroom. Very spacious. Lots of closet space. There is an office upstairs before entering the bedroom. I enjoyed sitting there looking at the beautiful views while making phone calls. All the TV’s are perfect in size and can easily be viewed. It’s frustrating at some properties when the TV’s are small or not updated this was another plus for me. Has full washer and dryer. The second bedroom is a good size bedroom with a detached bathroom. It’s not equal in size to the upstairs bedroom,( which is definitely the master bedroom and bathroom has dual sinks and a separate large bathtub and separate large shower), but it’s spacious enough with the king size bed.. In order to reach the front door there are several stairs to climb. The property was only available for 28 days unfortunately otherwise I would have stayed longer. I have stayed at several vacation rentals and this is by far my favorite. The overall feeling was so relaxing and the property manager Cindy helped make the stay go smoothly. Very impressive. Top notch quality & care. And the location is perfect !!! .
