House was nice, had everything we needed. Walls were pretty thin as we could hear the upstairs guest walking and talking all night long but other than that I was a great stay with a quick walk downtown and to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

The property was as described so gorgeous and so close to the pier and the beach and the shops. The only thing that was confusing was parking was not labeled so I’ll guess parked in the wrong spot but we just talked it out and left it that way.

This house has a great location, walking distance to the beach and shops downtown. Check in was easy and the house was clean and comfortable. Off street parking was nice to have. Couldn't get the TVs to work with either Dish or streaming services (probably not a huge concern for most people, but it was for my parents who were with me). I messaged the host and she had the Internet company come over, but it turned out to not be an Internet issue. He said he would tell the Dish guy there was an issue, but no one else came over and I didn't want to bother to continue following up while on vacation. Sound does transfer from the unit upstairs, but the upstairs guests happened to not be super noisy. If returning to Pismo I would stay here again.

Great spot for a beach getaway!

This lovely gem is super clean and in a great location, near the beach, pier, and all Pismo Beach has to offer. We had a great holiday weekend stay and appreciated the convenience of it all!

Great location

Great place to stay. Newly remodeled and a short walk to the beach. Property manager was very responsive. Only issue is that you could hear the people in the unit above walking around at all hours of the night.

Great location!!!

The area was quiet, parking was a breeze, and we couldn't have asked for a better location. We spent time at the sand dunes and Avila Beach. Walking down to the beach and downtown Pismo was by far our favorite thing to do. Definitely would recommend it to others.
