Welcome to our Pismo Beach condo. Our little coastal paradise in the heart of the Central Coast. This luxury unit offers a relaxing and comfortable getaway. Single story downstairs unit is walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Five minutes drive away from the pier which makes quiet and more peaceful than downtown noise. 15 mins drive to San Luis Obispo 45 Mins to Solvang (Danish village nestled in the heart of central coast). 30 mins drive to Santa Maria. Minutes drive to beach, outlet shopping mall, great food, local artist, wine country, natural trails and children activities (popular Dinosaur caves park).
Located right next to Arroyo Grande surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops Trader Joes, Walmart all can be within walking distance. There is a summer Wednesday farmer's market on the pier and plenty of beach activities are available.

Spacious Master bedroom with king size bed walk in closet, attached bathroom with tub/shower and linen closet. Master bedroom with ceiling fan. Guest bedroom with queen bed. Hall bath is equipped with bathtub and shower combo.

Condo is equipped with smart TVs in Master bedroom and in Living room. High speed internet and smart TV connect to all apps that you enjoy watching on TV. Full size front load washer and dryer in hallway closet.

When we came to drop our son to UCSB from south bay we stoped on our way to Pismo Beach. It was unbelievable how much I felt better walking on the beach. Since then it was my dream home to have second home by the beach. Finally we bought in 2016.
Why they chose this property
This is an almost new condo. It is close to beach but in quiet neighborhood. It's walking distance to shopping and Restaurants. Away from busy downtown noise yet close enough to beach. Mountain view from living room. All you need to bring your suitcase.
