Walk to the Beach

Great location! Walk to the beach and pier in a few minutes. You rarely need to use your car except for day trips to Avila Beach, Arroyo Grande, or SLO. It is a little loud but you’re in a multi-plex unit right on Pismo’s main thoroughfare. The unit itself is bright, gets great fresh ocean air, has most of the essentials (bring your toiletries) and a good sized kitchen for cooking. Clean sheets and towels and no dust! Floor needed a good mop, I let the host know and they quickly replied saying they could have the cleaning crew come back through. Would stay again for a lively beach family vacation!

Perfect location!

We walked to everything from this spot! Easy to get to a light to cross the busier street. Was clean and exactly as described! Wish water was warmer in the ocean for our stay but it’s central coast, wet suit rentals at moondoggies fixed that quick! Great property and quiet when we stayed!

Wonderful beach location

A wonderful clean property. Very easy walk to the beach. The parking was a breeze. Everything was organized. Be aware that this is a second story location so you will have to carry everything up a staircase.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our time here. The house was perfect.. nice, comfy, cozy and clean. The beach was a short walk straight down the road. Restaurants close by. No need to drive anywhere if you don’t want to. The little patio outside was close proximity to our rental and a great place to hang out or take the little ones to so they can get some energy out. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

The rental was clean. The instructions for the checkin process were quite detailed. Some of the utensils were missing the non-stick coating. The plates and cups were clean. We had an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful property but communication lacking

Loved the property and location but communication with property manager was subpar. No email explaining when to expect check in experience until I inquired. When we got keys from lock box there were 4 keys but no explanation as to what the keys were for. No in house laundry, later learned there was laundry in another room off the outside stairs that one of the keys likely belonged to. Finally, internet and cable service went down during stay and although the Wi-Fi address re-appeared eventually we were never able to connect to internet or cable. Had inquired about this problem and were told a technician would come by but none did and when I texted that the Wi-Fi address was back up, no response back from management. Also, no written instructions in apartment as to clean up requirements (were in App though) and nothing about recommendations for restaurants, activities etc., which we usually appreciate in other VRBO properties.

Nice accommodations, but upstairs unit not for elderly or handicap folks

Good location to pier and restaurants. Comfortable. But, I was supposed to have a street level unit, per representative Melinda, when I got there it was an upstairs unit and I had to make arrangements for my elderly guest to stay elsewhere because the stairs was very difficult to climb.

Everything was very good except that we thought our upstairs unit had a water view as stated but it didn’t. The location was super convenient. We stayed there for 4 nights. It would be good to have a washer and dryer in the unit if you stayed more than 4 nights.

Clean home in a great location

The property is located in a very convenient location; walking distance from the downtown area and the beach. We appreciated that there was a reserved parking space available for us off of the street and that the property was secure and safe for families.

Forst time in Pismo

After three hot days in Disneyland it was a wonderful end to our family road trip to stay in Pismo at this location. We were a block and a half from the beach, shopping, food and pier! The place was so clean, had all the amenities needed for our family to be comfortable. Looking forward to coming back again.
