The house is perfect for our family of eight. Our 4yo and 18mo grandchildren had the sand toys and house toys to keep them happy. All of the adults in our family cook. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to make some excellent meals. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We love the private access to the beach and the easy access to other beaches on the island. This is the second time in two years we have stayed at this location and will be back again!!!Thanks to the owners for making this wonderful spot available to us.

Peaceful beachside escape

We were so pleasantly surprised by this home and its glorious location. There was plenty of room and the owners were very accommodating. It allowed us to feel comfortable at home while on vacation. The beach feels like your very own as it’s nearly empty of other people and mere seconds away from the house itself. Absolutely lovely. We would definitely come back!

Great Family destination

This house was the perfect place for our family: two children with their spouses and our one granddaughter. We have three excellent chefs in the family who cooked gourmet meals in the well stocked kitchen. The beach access was so easy that our 2 yo granddaughter walked it many times a day. The house had plenty of sand toys for her, beach chairs and umbrellas, and enough beach towels for the week. The beach was great for walking and jogging. We rode the bikes in to town. The location is unbeatable. We were close enough to town that is was a short excursion to go in just for ice cream at the Nantucket favorite Juice Bar. And far enough away that we enjoyed almost deserted beaches in a truly peaceful setting. Can't wait to come back next summer!

The home and property were beautiful and exactly as described. Check-in and check-out were both seamless, making our stay easy and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.
