Conveniently located between downtown Wheat Ridge and Olde Towne Arvada, cozy private studio with kitchenette in brand new home! Walkable to groceries, restaurants and 3 min drive to I-70!

Private studio on your own floor! Murphy bed, new plush queen mattress, personal washer/dryer and private entrance.
Kitchenette is small but includes all amenities listed below and pictured. Also included are a hot plate and toaster oven.
Note- we do have a little munchkin living above you learning to conquer the world. We apologize in advance for any minor noise that may carry over.
