The Par-3 Golf Course is right off your back porch at this immaculately furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath resort villa. Maximized for space, this first level unit sleeps 10. Two queen beds outfit the primary bedroom which has private access to the porch and floor to ceiling views of the green. The private primary bath boasts twin sinks and a spa-style walk-in shower. You’ll find two full beds in the guest bedroom and private entry to the guest bath. You can also access the guest bath, featuring a combination tub and shower, from the hall. Sink into the oversized comfortable leather sleeper sofa and loveseat in the living room. For your entertainment, flat screen TVs are located in both bedrooms and the living room. The fully-equipped kitchen is complete with modern conveniences, perfect for preparing your fresh catch of the day after a day of fishing.

This fully-tiled (no carpet!) condo comes with a washer & dryer, free WiFi, and one free parking pass for your convenience. Park directly in front of your unit!

Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach. Come golf at the gulf! Edgewater maintains it's very own Executive Par-3 Golf Course. You'll also find basketball hoops, 3 Pickle-ball courts, 10 Shuffleboard courts, and 10 Tennis courts. Book a lesson with our Tennis pro and up your game while you're here! Good but not Great

This unit was good but not great. The overall condition of the unit was decent but dated and in need of a few cosmetic touchups, as was the overall feel of the resort as a whole. The walk to the beach was nice and short and the large beachside pool was fantastic.

Beautiful resort

Our family had a wonderful time at Edgewater! The villa had plenty of space for our family of 5, plus grandma and grandpa. The kitchen was equipped with the necessities, the furniture and decor was all very nice, and it was wonderful having a washer and dryer in the unit. The turtle pond in the back provided a peaceful place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings. The poolside beach is gorgeous and you can't beat the white sandy beaches. The pier was a short walk down the beach and we were able to see many dolphins swimming. A few suggestions on the villa: the sliding door does not slide well or lock properly. There are not many ceiling lights, so the lighting in the bedrooms and living room is very dim. Also, not having locks on the bedroom or bathroom doors was very inconvenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our week here and hope to be back.
