Two cars allowed in driveway. No smoking, no events or parties. Yard is NOT fenced for dogs.
For longer stays we provide monthly lawn and garden service, weekly garbage service, and wood in case of power outage. You haul recycling locally.
Long Term stays require monthly daytime host access max 3 hours for cleaning and repairs, guest must be able to carry firewood + ;trash can to road

Welcome to our family beach house. We've been sharing our home with guests for 12 years. We are open during this unusual time, as a respite for locals looking for a getaway. We are a couple who live on Whidbey Island about 20 minute drive from the beach vacation house.: one American and one British Ex-Pat. We have lived on Whidbey for 16 years and can tell you all the local secrets. Also have lived in: New Jersey, the Bay Area, Japan, England, and Central America. Attended University of California at Berkeley and Leeds University UK.

Because of the water view on Holmes Harbor! Baby Beach water view is vivid blue; a place to unwind from cares of the world right on the beach. The wildlife and natural scenery are breathtaking. The smell of the sea, sightings of wildlife, and the colors of the sky and water make it a perfect place to let go. Also walking distance to shopping and activities!

What makes this property unique

Water at your doorstep, quiet and private like beach in your front yard, views of Mt Erie, wildness of Holmes Harbor, wildlife in your front yard, walk to town in 10 minutes. Cozy old fashioned well loved family beach home. Breathing the salt air as you gaze over the blue sea is a special treat. Giant cedar woods and state parks are nearby. Sparking mornings and breathtaking sunsets.
