This townhome has a large living, and dining area that's great for entertaining. You will have Access to 3 Community Pools & Tennis/Pickle Ball Courts within walking distance. Approximately one mile to the nearest Tanger Outlets and within walking distance to The Big Fish Grill, Arena's Deli and The Fractured Prune!

Owner provides 1 city parking permit so you can park free downtown Rehoboth!

A comfortable stay for the whole family. Had nearly everything we needed for a nice week at the beach.

At the time we stayed, electricity was an issue. Electrical outlets in 3 out of 4 bathrooms did not work. Recessed lighting in kitchen had to be kept dim or they flickered. Hopefully an electrician has been called to fix the problem. There was plenty of sleeping space for 6 adults and 3 kids. And it was dog friendly. This was our 1st VRBO experience where we had to bring all of our linens and paper products. Walmart was very close. Parking permit was definitely appreciated.
