My wife and I stayed here with Roberta five years ago and the experience was justice wonderful today is it was five years ago. They were a few minor hiccups that were addressed beautifully by Roberta and we couldn’t be more pleased with the accommodations, location, and exceptional treatment that we received. I would highly highly highly recommend this property to anyone.

Manini Cottage is incredible. Relaxing, clean, and bright space. Impeccable views of Hana Bay, falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing was the best! This property provides all the beach gear you could need and has an outdoor shower to rinse all that sand off. Roberta is a great and communicative host. We hope to return in the future!

Aloha!
I'm grateful to live on Maui and to call the beautiful town of Hana my home. I cherish everything the East Side offers—lush nature, quiet beaches, incredible hiking, and the peaceful rhythm of island life. Whether I’m surfing, sailing, fishing, swimming, or simply relaxing in the cottages, I’m always inspired by this place.

As your host, I love meeting guests and am happy to share local tips and recommendations if you’re interested. I hope your time at Hana Maui Luxe brings you the same sense of peace, joy, and connection that it brings me every day.

Why they chose this property

Hana Maui Luxe’s three oceanfront cottages sit in a serene row along the bluffs of Hana Bay, offering unobstructed views of the coastline and the rhythmic beauty of the sea. The neighborhood is quiet, charming, and deeply rooted in the natural and cultural richness of East Maui.

Each cottage features its own breathtaking perspective of the bay and beyond, and all are just a short walk from Hana town, local food trucks, stores, and some of Hana’s most beloved beaches—including Hana Bay Beach Park, Waikaloa Beach, and the iconic Kaihalulu (Red Sand) Beach. It’s a truly special place where nature, history, and tranquility come together.

What makes this property unique

Hana Maui Luxe cottages are tucked into a peaceful, private setting—just a 2-minute stroll from Waikaloa Beach and Hana Bay State Beach Park. Though small and cozy, each cottage is thoughtfully designed with a unique open floor plan that creates a spacious, airy feel and seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Within a 5-minute walk, you’ll find yourself in the heart of Hana town, close to the baseball field, tennis and basketball courts, local grocery stores, beloved food trucks, Hana Ranch Restaurant, and the historic Hana-Maui Resort. It’s the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience—where comfort meets nature, and every path leads to beauty.
