Great property, exactly how described. Location was perfect to everything and the unit was spotless and had all of the amenities we needed. We would absolutely stay again. Thank you for the snack basket...it was perfect.

I rate this rental A plus in all categories.it is decorated beautifully but with a homey ambience and is stocked with anything you could need- hair dryers, shampoo, dishwasher soap - any of those things you will be happy to have for a week stay. It looks down on the main commercial area of the town and is less than a 15 minutes walk to anyplace you might want to visit. The owners are very gracious and helpful. It couldn’t be better.

We loved the cute town of Grand Lake as a hub for hiking in RMNP and Arapaho Natl Park (Monarch Lake) as well as kayaking on the lake. So beautiful here! The condo is very nice and is in a great location. Got quite lively outside on Friday evening due to a band playing nearby, but other than that it was pretty quiet. The HUB coffee shop was so nice to have right downstairs for great coffee and pastries. We will be back to Grand Lake!

Work stay in Grand Lake

This is one of the most well equipped kitchens I have ever seen! I highly recommend staying here for the kitchen, great location, and comfort. 10/10!

COZY :)

The condo was more than clean, it sparkled! It is a very cozy environment. The kitchen was fabulous to cook in.... which mine at home was as elegant!Loved all the space. The location was perfect for the activities we were doing. Easy access to the snowmobiling and cross country skiing we did. If I'm back up to Grand Lake in the future, I will definitely stay here again.p.s.My friend that stayed in the guest room did mention the mattress needs to be switched out. :/

Excellent property and Hosts

We stayed in Grand Lake for a few nights and truly enjoyed the property. Excellent location and easy access to shopping, restaurants and the lake. Communication with the host is frequent and timely. The place has a great view, I’d comfortable and clean. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful place all around. Clean, updated, and great location. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is very well stocked. Exactly as described. Stayed with one other couple and took advantage of RMNP over 30 miles in hiking. Make sure to check out one Love’s Margaritas and explore all things this incredible area offers.

Heaven in the Rockies

We had an amazing time in this wonderful place. Everything involved was seamless. The condo was amazing, quiet, clean, and welcoming. I know Grand Lake isn’t really a big secret, but this place was right on the Boardwalk, walking distance to everything, including the Lake. I can’t wait to go back. You can’t find a nicer host couple than Michael and Beth. They were so kind and considerate the entire week we were there. Thank you!

Cousins Connecting

A perfect place for a clean, comfortable stay for three cousins who needed an easy access condo for an elderly woman and one recovering from knee surgery. The Hub below was not a business that created noise or crowds that interfered with our enjoyment of the property. The Hub and the flower shop added to the charm of the place.

This is the place to stay in Grand Lake - It is a home away from home

We have been coming to Grand Lake for over 40 years. This is the best place we have stayed. The condo is large, comfortable, nicely decorated and well furnished. There is a complete kitchen with all cooking gear. The balcony overlooking the mountains is addictive. Reserved parking is included and there are good elevators. The location is perfect in the middle of town. Another wonderful feature is a popular coffee, breakfast and lunch place next door. Maybe the best reuben ever, etc. There is also a nice plaza along Main Street. Owners are very accessible. It will definitely be our choice in the future.

Beautiful spacious condo

My husband and I and our son and daughter-in-law spent 2 nights in Grand Lake in early September when we drove them up for a wedding. We were thrilled with our condo for many reasons including how spacious, spotless and comfortable it was. The location was very convenient to both the lake and the town and I especially appreciated the elevator as my arthritic knee would have made stairs very difficult. Our host Michael was a pleasure to work with as he was both responsive and flexible. My only recommendation would be to have a small step stool available for those of us who are vertically challenged. I would definitely book here again for what I hope would be a longer stay when I am better able to get around and explore! earlySeptembwhedrove them up for a wedding

Beautiful Condo

This is a lovely and well-appointed condo located right along Grand Ave. You can easily walk to all the shops, restaurants and Grand Lake—they are all right outside your door. The two large bedrooms (king/queen) had comfortable beds, nice pillows and large windows to let in the mountain air. Each bedroom had a large closet (with hangers) and the primary closet had a safe. There were two bathrooms with large showers. The kitchen was very well-stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware and enough pots and pans to easily cook meals (we did!). There was a Keurig and a welcome basket on the kitchen counter with a few coffee pods, granola bars and other snacks. It was a very nice touch and appreciated. The large dining room table sat eight and the kitchen counter sat an additional four. There was a very nice laundry room with a BIG washer/dryer, a plastic bin with beach towels and sand toys and ample space to store our luggage.We packed laundry pods (none provided). The living room had a comfy pull-out couch, two leather recliners and a big flat-screen TV. The patio off the living room had three Adirondack chairs, a table for four and a gas grill (which we used). The patio was a great place to relax & enjoy the view. We even had a covered parking spot in the building (you never know when a hail storm might pass thru). Unit is perfect for a family or two couples. We will be back. The owners were super responsive and made everything run smoothly.

What a find! Great location, nicely appointed, and wonderful hosts to boot. The Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre did not disappoint and even the weather was perfect. Hope to be able to enjoy this hospitality again.

The condo was very welcoming. Well equipped kitchen. Loved being able to walk downstairs to the HUB coffee shop. Minutes away from the park where we saw several moose. Great spots in the area for fishing!
