Beautiful condo in the heart of downtown Grand Lake. The condo was spacious and extremely comfortable for our family. Restaurants, shops, and the marina within walking distance. Coffee shop next door was a great spot for breakfast each morning. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again on future visits to Grand Lake.

This condo is outstanding! The location is perfect and the garage with elevator access very convenient. It is exceptionally clean, tastefully furnished and thoughtfully stocked. Furniture and beds are comfy. A welcome basket provides coffee pods and a variety of snacks. Firefly Pizzeria and HUB Coffee are steps away and both top notch. The host is super responsive. I highly recommend this property!

This is an excellent property! The condo is in a great part of town, it’s in amazing condition (feels basically brand new), and we love being so close to the coffee shop. We will definitely be staying here again.

This is a great place overlooking Grand Avenue and a view of the mountains from the patio. The condo was spacious, clean, and had everything you could need for a relaxing stay. We did not want to leave.

This unit is located on the historic board walk in Downtown Grand Lake. Noted for being "The Soul of the Rockies," you can walk to many locations to enjoy The Rocky Mountain National Park, the lake or a stroll down Main St.

From our deck you can enjoy many things, the view of the mountains, the lake, and if you happen to be here when fireworks are displayed, you will have the BEST view.

Once checked into our place you do not need a vehicle. You can walk to anything you want and enjoy the many things that Grand Lake has to offer. The local restaurants, retail shops, The Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater, Grand Lake, The Rocky Mountain National Park and much more is only a stroll away.
