We had a quick stay in GJ at a darling little place. They really made it cozy and have all you need for a visit. It was so nice to have a clean, darling place with a kitchen located in a safe area near CMU.
This is a cute, cozy little house. Great for vacation! The yard is big, and my kids loved being able to be play freely outside when we were at the house. It was perfect for our visit.
This tidy little cottage had everything we needed for our brief stay and so many thoughtful extras. Host was extraordinarily responsive to a question we had and we were thrilled by the proximity of the adorable downtown area- we comfortably walked for dinner and breakfast.
This house was the perfect size for my wife and I who never needed our car once we arrived. It was extremely clean, had a nice front patio, and had all the amenities you would need for a fun weekend getaway. We walked downtown multiple times daily and then walked to CMU and easily accessed the Football Stadium. Overall great spot!
Great little place that’s an easy walk to downtown! Kitchen was fully stocked and the place generally had all the conveniences of a larger home. We enjoyed our stay very much!

This house was just perfect. It was very comfortable and provided everything we need. It was well stocked and had everything you can think of. The bed is so comfortable and it’s nice to park your car right by the door. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I very much recommend this quaint beautiful house to stay in.
This property should not be listed. It is not even a house, it looks like a converted shed. Photos do not match listing. The property was infested with cockroaches. We found yhem 8n the shower, the fireplace, throughout the kitchen and in drawers. We could not stay here, we immediately looked for a hotel. The bathroom is not even a real bathroom, it is a toulet and ahower in the laundry and mechanicals room. The bedroom is not really a bedroom, there is a curtain for the door and no closet or storage. There is no backyard, it butts right up to the alley, which is a safety concern. The listing implies it has a fenced backyard, but it's the front yeard that is fenced, and the fence is a flimsy black, do-it-yourself stick-in-the-ground fence that can easitly be knocked over. Worst gouse I've ever seen in VRBO. Makes me question the verification process of VRBO with their properties that this one is wven listed, and I find it hard to believe no ine else has complained.
This little cottage is perfect for a couple. It was very clean, well stocked and I loved the cute decorations! We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio. The owner was very responsive and helpful. And the check in process was flawless. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone staying in Grand Junction.
We stayed over the weekend and it was great. Cozy little cottage with a comfortable bed and fold out couch.
It was 103 while we were in town and the air conditioning kept us cool which was great.
We really enjoyed it and will be back.
Fantastic stay. Well stocked kitchen and very clean. Very cozy. Owners went out of their way to be helpful and provide a great stay for us. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. A++
One of the best. A beautiful walk along historic tree lined streets to downtown. Delicious coffee and all we needed in kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Attentive host. Will book again.
This was byfar one of the best homes we have had the pleasure of staying in. Connie is so responsive, kind, and helpful for everything we needed. Location is 10/10 and we loved the privacy of the big front yard. Will definitely stay again and 100% recommend to anyone looking for a small home to stay in.

This was an old barn, over 100 years old that has been been completely renovated into a quaint tiny home. We stayed there to visit Colorado Mesa University which is beautiful 5 minute walk through "small town America". Numerous breweries with fine beer selections are also within the walkable area. Great location for our purposes.
We really enjoyed this property because it was all we needed and close to everything we needed.
We were up for parents weekend for CMU and could walk to downtown, the football game and campus.
Property was very clean and had parking as well which was great.
Neighborhood was quiet and safe.
