Great condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed this condo! Directly across from pool gate made going to and from with little kids much easier! Just wish there was a washer/dryer. Comfy furniture and beds. The Roku tvs were great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this unit. It was one the first floor and very convenient to the beach. The unit was very clean and decorated beautifully.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself is nice, but it had a very peculiar smell. It’s definitely in one of the rugs. The management was helpful and limiting this and put some sort of ozone machine in there, but it still didn’t go away. Once I rolled up the rug and put the pillows in garbage bags in the closet, then we were able to be in the condo. Someone has smoked or vaped in the unit. None of the other units smell like this, and I went into a bunch of my friends units all in the property. Would not recommend this unit if anyone has asthma or allergies.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is wonderful and has everything you need. My only complaint would be that the cleaning crew had not done the floors or counters. I heard this same thing from others too and it’s been a problem for me before. SD has got to get a handle on cleanliness.

Condo is always very clean and well stocked with anything you can think of. I just wish it had washer and dryer.
