Relax with the whole family at this cozy 2 story home 12 minutes outside of Louisville KY. Location is perfect! Enjoy a short drive to the city without the headache of the traffic. Our beautiful home has 3br & 2.5 baths. Bedrooms are located on second floor. We are only a stones throw away from Countless shopping spots, restaurants, coffee shops and gyms.

This is a great neighborhood with fantastic proximity to the river area. The check in process was super easy and the owner was easy to communicate with and flexible with our needs. Perfect for a short stay for our family of 5.

Comfortable and homey. Home away from home

The home was as pictured. In a nice residential neighborhood. It fit our family of five perfectly! We enjoyed watching movies, cooking our own meals, hitting around a volleyball in the driveway, a nice long walk and having a washer & dryer. We were here for a volleyball tournament in Louisville.

Great Location, Plenty of Room

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location - we visited family in New Albany and went to Churchill Downs. Both areas were just a quick drive away. The house is near many restaurants and stores. The neighborhood felt safe and the rental was clean and modern. The host communication was excellent. We had an issue with an appliance and it was repaired that same day and the host generously offered a refund to cover any inconveniences. I also appreciate that a cleaning fee was not charged. Highly recommend!

My mom and I had a very nice stay. Tiffany was very responsive to any questions! This house was perfect for our stay as it was centrally located it for everywhere we wanted to go! Great owner, great location

Tiffany was great to deal with. We ran into some minor issues and she was very quick to respond. Neighborhood was quiet, but close enough to main highways, restaurants, gas stations, etc.

Great Location

We stayed here for a Festival in Louisville. It was a great location. Neighborhood felt safe and was nice and quiet. Driveway parking is always a plus. It met all our needs. Tiffany, the owner, was very accomodating. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place near Louisville!

We had a great time at the house. SO many little things make this a 5 star place to stay. The owner left us a great little tray of snacks and was terrific at communicating. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. Everything we could have hoped for, even had detergent to use for our laundry. Will stay again when and if we return to Louisville.
