About this property
Cozy Historic Piersaull House - Charming & Quirky!
Piersaull House, built in 1910 by Charles Piersaull, Hyde Park's fishmonger, photographer, and bicycle repairman, features 630 sqft of quirk and charm, in the heart of the Hudson Valley.
This small home lives big with living, dining and kitchen on the first floor, and 2 beds and 1 bath upstairs.
Very tall people are destined to bonk their heads in an upstairs room, but will likely grin and relish the charm of this historic property.
The privacy of your own house at the price of a hotel room!
THE SPACE
The ground floor offers a spacious living-dining room stocked with books, games, and a TV with access to Hulu, Max and more.
Also on the ground floor you will find a roomy kitchen with all the appliances and amenities necessary to make you feel at home. Tucked away under the stairs, you will find a washer and dryer, free to use.
At the top of the stairs you will be greeted by a generous king bedroom with reading chairs, a desk, and a full bedroom. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower and is stocked with essentials for your stay.
Guests also have exclusive access to a recently refurbished backyard patio with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit.
Guests have full exclusive access to the Piersaull House.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Piersaull House is a private home built over 100 years ago, and we do our very best to make it available as a home away from home for people visiting the Hyde Park area, but we also expect guests to treat it like a home. We take pride in offering a smooth experience, a clean space, and all the amenities necessary for a stay - but know that we are not a hotel.
