Spacious 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom condominium located on the beach in the heart of Old Orchard Beach. Enjoy ocean side living while steps away to miles of sandy beach, restaurants, shops and amusement park. Recently renovated and provides the perfect beachside retreat with an open floor plan, full kitchen, comfortable accommodations, sweeping ocean views and 2 separate balconies. Linens and bath towels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, to include a large dining room table as well.

The Grand Victorian offers all guests the use of an onsite heated pool, fitness room, and sauna! Two parking spaces included, one onsite and one offsite.

We enjoyed our stay

The condo itself is beautiful and the proximity to the beach and town is very convenient. The staff on property were very helpful. The only negative was the noise from the pier until 1:00 am every night. I would encourage guests to be aware of this and pack earplugs.

Good OOB middle of it all location

This place was great if you want to be RIGHT on the OOB action! Definitely not the quietest location, but the condo was very clean and comfortable. The building manager was very nice and accommodating!

Special Memories in an Outstanding Rental

My husband and daughters stayed at this rental for a week in the summer. We have a 5 and 3 year old so easy access to things was crucial to keep things easier. The unit is central to the beach, amusement parks, multiple shops and dining options. To say we had an amazing time is an understatement and we will def be back and use this rental year after year!
