Located directly on Old Orchard Beach, and adjacent to The Pier, enjoy a beautiful view of the beach and ocean from the balcony of this spacious condo. The facilites in the building include Indoor heated pool, fitness center, sauna, and much more. The Grand Victorian is right on beach, in the center of everything that happens in OOB. It is walking distance from restaurants, shops, amusement park, and OOB Pier. If you want to take a trip away from the beach, Portland and the Old Port is just a 30 minute drive away and Freeport and Kittery shopping outlets are 45 minutes away.
