There are no pets allowed at this property, only by very special request.
The pool does not have a barrier, so children must be kept under supervision at all times in any outdoor areas. Solar pool heater depends on environment temperature and sunlight activity.

If you used any equipment from the garage, kindly return it to its designated spot. Please ensure that all lights and fans are turned off, the air conditioning is set to 78°F, and the door is locked.

Really nice place!

We really liked the accommodation, an amazing corner and view place, a very clean house on the canal, with access to the ocean. The whole family and children really liked it, I recommend it!

A piece of Heaven in Cape Coral

This was our second time renting this beautiful property. Everything is five-star! The villa is absolutely beautiful and immaculate. Marina, our host, leaves nothing to chance. The lovely decor is enhanced by her personal taste in everything from kitchen appliances to the decor, to the beautiful stemware! Marina also checked in with us to ensure that we had everything we needed for our stay. We are already looking forward to rebooking in 2026.

Heaven in Cape Coral

We had the MOST wonderful stay at this beautiful location. It was EXACTLY as described on the VRBO site. From the moment that we keyed in our passcode until we left (25 days later) it was pure paradise. Marina is the perfect hostess, making sure that everything was just perfect for our stay. The property manager, Dwayne, gave us an introductory tour and came by immediately when we needed a kitchen light replaced and gas tanks refilled. We would give this property six stars if we have already re-upped for the same period in 2025. Thank you to Marina, Dwayne and the VRBO staff for a lovely respite from the cold gray days of February and March in New England! Pam and Jim from Massachusetts

FABULOUS!!! MORE THAN WE DREAMED!

The host was absolutely fabulous! She was quick to respond to all questions I had and very friendly. The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed which is rare with a VRBO. The host provided beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, pool toys (LOVED THESE!), bikes, ping pong, bean bag toss game, blankets, Keurig machine with K-cups, cooking spray, etc.! You name it, we had it provided for us which is SO NICE!!! We loved the washer and dryer too! The pool water was warm and the hot tub worked great! The screened in outdoor space was SO awesome overlooking water from every direction. It was fun to be able to go kayaking right from our own dock. The location was perfect! Quiet, safe neighborhood but close to many shops and restaurants. The beds and pillows were really comfortable too! I highly recommend this place!
