Cozy spot

Very nice stay and very clean. Beds were super comfortable and the living space was cozy. Our host was accomodating and communicative wnd check in was as smooth as could be. Absolutely worth it.

The house was very clean and well-equipped, the neighborhood is very quiet. It suited me just fine as it was in the exact location I wanted to be to spend time with my friends who live in a nearby adult community. The host and handyman were VERY prompt in dealing with a few issues and both were VERY gracious when I continued to have problems with the door code, which ended in my embarrassment at using the wrong code! I would definitely use the property again if I go next year.

Rust/water stains on master bath shower curtain No local tv channelsSometimes the front door entry code didn’t work (annoying when it’s raining)Second bathroom shower water handle difficult to operateNot enough kitchen or bathroom towelsNo counter space in second bathroomPalm trees at front entrance hang over side walk force you to walk in grassPalm trees sway on second bedroom windows… noisy at nightNo bath soap or shampooCould not open patio doorWould have been nice to have print outs or pamphlets of local attractions, restaurants, map of the area, local & emergency phone numbers, etc. most VRBO rentals we’ve stayed at had them.
