Beautiful and great location. The view and outdoor bed was everything! Perfect for a quiet holiday. Lots of updated space. The golf cart was in great shape which isn't always the case with other rentals around town. It was a little pricey, but there was an event in town and it was a weekend so im guessing that's why. I would not recommend for kids or people with modlbility issues.

Beautiful view and comfortable accommodations. The lockbox for keys was a little difficult to figure out, and the steps can be challenging for older customers like me, but we would stay again.

The view was fantastic, the ants in the kitchen and bathrooms were not. The golf cart was filthy - looked like it hadn't been cleaned and sanitized in months. The owner upstairs was very nice. There was no Kleenex to be found anywhere and the toilet paper was thin, dry and scratchy. The owner gave us soft plush refills. The pillows were uncomfortable but the beds were fine. Again, the view was great.

We loved our stay. Very pleasant and helpful host. Amenities were lovely and issues resolved quickly. We loved the location and view, and especially loved having the golf cart! Would stay again.

My wife and I’ve been to Catalina several times and this is the first time we’ve stayed on this side of Avalon. The views from the balcony are amazing. It’s like seeing Avalon a whole new way. The units were cleaned and very accommodating, and the inclusion of the golf cart was an absolute wonderful thing to have. We will definitely be booking back here our next trip.

Fantastic weekend

Stayed here with my family and had a wonderful time. The stairs to downtown are very close and convenient. The golf cart and day bed were wonderful to have.

Nice view, great location, and golf cart included!

We had a great stay! Repeatedly made use of both the golf cart and the short walk into town, enjoyed the balcony (including the balcony bed!) as well as the nice bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Looking forward to returning to Catalina sometime soon!

The unit was nice and the views were spectacular! The patio daybed was a nice addition. My only complaint would be the bedding and linens. The blankets, throws need to be deep cleaned and sanitized. The bath towels needed an upgrade

Stayed for two nights in July, and we were very impressed with the natural view from the balcony. Also, having a personal golf cart with the property saved us money and time. The house was clean, and the beds were comfortable, so thats all that mattered.

Property was amazing and exceeded expectations! Only thing maybe to improve upon is communication with questions asked beforehand regarding transportation, golf carts etc. Not sure if because of VRBO or property owner.
