This is a fully furnished studio apt minutes from downtown Raleigh and multiple large local hospitals. This property is located inside a larger single family home but there is no shared space. It is a private apt with its own entrance and porch. All utilities are included in this listing and the Studio has a full bath, kitchenette, dedicated washer and dryer, large closet and queen bed.
