Ideally located in a charming historical building, this condo used to serve as housing for Sailors working in Long Beach.

Park your car (public street parking only) and forget about it until check out! You are 2 blocks away from the beach!

Endless nearby dining options, 10 min walk to the Convention center, 1 mile to the aquarium and cruise ships.

You will find: High speed internet, smart TV w. Netflix, bus and train directly accessible, beach towels, etc.

The space is equipped with: a full kitchen, smart TV, high speed internet, a comfy pull out couch, 2 bike cruisers, 2 paddle boards, 2 beach chairs, 4 beach towels and everything needed to make your trip successful!

Please place the bikes lock keys back into the lock box and lock it. Our cleaning crew will take care of the rest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quite hours start at 10 PM and last until 9 AM / Guests will be required to sign a Liability Waiver to use Bikes and Paddle Boards
Any damage, loss or theft will be charged with a replacement cost: $300 per bike / $450 per paddle board / $100 per beach chair.
Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $50 per person per night.
