This cottage is centrally located in Wells, home to many beaches (Moody's, Drake's Island, Wells Beach, Crescent Beach). While staying on our property, you can enjoy a free large in-ground pool, jacuzzi, game room, fitness center, tennis courts and free game room for kids on site! Check out the photos. Pack and play available in the unit for infants and toddlers.

Downtown Ogunquit is a short drive away and offers free parking with a wonderful walking experience with many unique shops, tasty treats, and delicious eats. Marginal Way is a must see area to take in the shoreline along a small cliff, ending at a lighthouse and restaurant by Perkins Cove.

Kennebunkport, home to many beautiful light houses is a short drive away and offers a breathtaking area to explore while enjoying your stay here.

So whether you choose to spend your time at the different beaches (short distance away) or out exploring other areas, this cottage offers the perfect location for your stay. Note: Pool/Jacuzzi Closes Oct 13 for the season.

We typical stayed in hotel rooms but with a growing family we decided to get a place to fit us all. It did just that. Nice place I would stay again

Wonderful cottage

Owner was quick to respond, amenities were needed were all there. It's really cozy and nice. Pool on property was gorgeous as was the jacuzzi. Can't recommend this rental enough!

The place is incredibly cute and comforting. Everything worked as it should, the key system worked out well and we could set the temperature as needed as it was a little cool. The mini split unit worked great to help heat the place. The place was very clean and Joe the host was very responsive to my questions. The grounds were very clean and appeared to be very friendly waiving and talking with us. The pool was open but we did not utilize it. Things to make the stay a bit more comfortable would be to supply ample toilet paper, garbage bags, and possibly a couple different seasonings other than salt and pepper.

Wonderful welcoming community

The Host was very response to all questions. The listing was accurate and detailed check-in information was provided in a timely manner. The neighborhood is delightful and neighbors are welcoming. Plenty of room for outdoor cooking and dining options. The property is spacious and comfortable. The pool area is clean and spacious for all to enjoy.

Great stay!

Cottage was cute and very clean. Just what we were looking for. Nice porch area. A little warm during the day, but was great to sit out and read in the morning imgs with a cup of coffee! The pool on the property is a very short walk from the cottage and a nice size. A little busy during that day, but open late so we went often in the evenings. Joey was very quick to reply to all my texts. Looking forward to going vack next year!

Best place ever!

I took a week of family vacation with my husband and our two daughters, ages 9 and 7. We absolutely loved everything. Joe's cottage is super clean, cute, and cozy. The cottage has everything we needed and more. The first few days were raining, and we enjoyed staying in and watching movies (it's that cozy). The place also has a nice arcade where the kids enjoyed playing free games. :) The pool is big and heated, and the hot tub is enormous and super relaxing. The place is only a five minutes drive to Ogunquit Beach and Footbridge Beach. We enjoyed eating at great restaurants like BeachFire Bar & Grill, Egg and I, Caffe Prego, The Steakhouse, and The New England House (all super close to the cottage). On other days, we BBQ at Joe's cottage (super easy and convenient). Joe was super attentive and available for whatever we needed. At some point, he drove to his cottage with the internet company due to a minor internet issue related to the bad weather. He made 100% sure we had everything we needed in a speed time manner. Joe is a wonderful host, and we 100% recommend his cottage. You won't regret it!
