My family and I enjoyed this lovely property. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, but very close to shopping and restaurants. It was sparkling clean, and filled with lovingly careers for house plants. Tons of cookware, dishes, small appliances are available. It was a wonderful stay

Everything about the property was as described. Just wish the backyard could have been less cobwebbed and the grass not half dead. The deck needs some paint. It would have been nice to have a gas grill instead of charcoal, Haven’t cooked on charcoal for many years, so we didn’t use it. However, it was a great place for our dogs and close to family. Neighborhood is quiet and walkable. Neighbors we met were nice. Tosha was always available and quick to respond.

You were staying at the property for an extended period, yet none of the concerns mentioned in your review were brought to our attention during your stay. Had you contacted us, we would have gladly had the opportunity to address them. More concerning is the timing of the review, which unfortunately makes it feel more like retaliation for our having to address the fact that dogs were brought onto the property without being disclosed or included in your reservation. Our pet policy and reservation requirements are clearly stated, and enforcing those policies is part of responsibly managing our property. We respect that a four-star review is your prerogative, but it is disappointing that concerns significant enough to mention publicly were never communicated when we could actually have done something about them. We would have much preferred the opportunity to resolve any issues during your stay.

This home is very comfortable and convienently situated between the 2 major East/West freeways in the area. There are two major shopping centers very nearby with many restaurants to choose from. Nicely fenced back yard with lemon, lime, and grapefruit trees. Newer washer/dryer in the garage. Very pet friendly. Tosha is a very responsive host, and has obviously given a lot of thought to her guests' comfort.We have stayed here twice and would definitely stay there again.
