Great House

We had a great time at this property. Five friends from different states for our annual meet up (we switch the location every year). The property owner had great communication. House is clean and updated. Location is great right close to the lake. If I have another occasion where I’m looking in this area, I would definitely stay again.

Lovely New Property

We enjoyed our stay in this new home. Attractive and comfortable- we were very pleased with everything the property offered. No detail was overlooked- the kitchen was well supplied, and the spacious upstairs bedroom/extra living space and master bedroom were perfect for our family. Pretty lake views were an added bonus. Thank you, Nick, for a great visit!

Highly recommended vacation

Immaculate, walking distance from Lake with swimming and fishing. every imaginable amenity on-site. Spacious. More TVs than necessary. Excellent wifi. Four adults and four children had a wonderful vacation and would definitely consider returning. Two recommendations- add an additional half or full bathroom, and a safety grip for entry/exit to tub.

Great Find

Our family enjoyed our stay here very much. The lake community was sweet and the beach was fun for the kids. We were able to take several day trips from this location. You'll find the place to be uncluttered, most likely with everything you need but no extra stuff lying around. You may want to bring your own books, games, etc for a rainy day. The space upstairs was perfect for kids, just keep in mind you'll all be sharing a bathroom on the main floor. Be sure to say hi to the horses up the road and check out the farm stand at Cold Spring Farm!

Why they chose this property

We purchased "Battle's Landing" because we enjoy visiting areas that are close to lakes or oceans. Our son absolutely loves water, especially fishing. When we first stepped into this home, we instantly knew that this was the house for us to share many memories with our son for years to come.

What makes this property unique

Our lovely cottage is positioned perfectly within the Lake Hayward community. It is only 0.1 miles from the main lake beach area. It's an easy 1 - 2 minute walk. The home also has a lake view from both the downstairs and upstairs living rooms. So, as you sit down to enjoy your favorite beverage, kick your feet up in the reclining sofa, and enjoy beautiful Lake Hayward.
