Great property

We had a wonderful stay at HHI at this house. The location was wonderful - very easy and close access to the beach and easy to get to other Sea Pines and HHI destinations. The house was spacious and well-equipped for our large group. The pool was large and private and a popular hangout space. We would definitely look for this house again for a future trip to HHI.

Hilton Head 2024

We really enjoyed our week at this home. It is beautiful and big enough for our extended family. The kitchen is wonderful with two dishwashers! It was a cool week so we spent lots of time in the hot tub. My grandchildren loved biking and going to the beach! Will definitely stay here again next year!!

Dated Property

The layout of the house is excellent and the kitchen is great to work in. We had several plumbing issues with some still to be fixed. The lighting is not adequate. The in-suite bath upstairs has barely enough lighting. I had to replace some bulbs in the bedroom to get enough light to read. I would suggest CFL bulbs be replaced with LEDs. We used all bedrooms and almost everyone complained about the mattresses. For most of the week we had just 6 people and the ice maker in the kitchen could not keep up. Although it is not a selling point, we were not aware of the number of steps from the drive to the front door.
