About this property

Broad Ripple Business Studio

A simple, economy-style studio with off-street parking. The furniture is minimalist and mostly new. Most of our guests are business travelers or students on short stays or long-term rentals.

The space is small and simple, geared to 1-2 people. Completely renovated bathroom. Kitchen has an efficiency 4-burner stove and small oven with basic pots/pans and dishware.

The neighborhood features great and historic restaurants less than a mile away (Marcos Restaurant, Indy Tacos, Red Key Tavern).
The space
Flat-screen HDTV (no cable - only HDMI connection or provided Firestick). Independent router with fast internet speeds. Full refrigerator and stocked kitchen. Brand new queen bed with closet, cabinets, and completely renovated bathroom. Great space to focus on your work or unwind on the weekends.

Kitchen, bathroom, living room, HDTV with HDMI cable to watch anything on your computer, patio space.
Other things to note
The TV does not have any channels. It is set up to use with an HDMI cable (provided) or Firestick (provided).
