This is a private, charming, open-concept home in a quiet neighborhood. There is a one car garage, which is great during inclement weather. In the back, you'll find a very large, fully fenced yard, with a fire table and patio lights. Inside is boho lover's delight. In each bedroom, there is a getting ready station, with dresser, hair-dryer, and light-up mirror. There is a dedicated sit/stand workstation for those who need to work on-the-go. A breakfast bar adjoins the dining room. Ten minutes from downtown Indy, this home is sure to please.

Robin's place is a good place for dog families. It was nice having the fully fenced yard for our dogs to do their business. I really liked the convenience of the attached garage. The place is very nicely decorated and we enjoyed having coffee and oatmeal available for our breakfast.

Thoughtful touches

The place was just as described. You could tell that the owner put thought into making your stay enjoyable. The coffee/water snack bar was just right and we lived the dog treats that were left out for our dogs.

We had a wonderful time in Robins Nest. She has a beautiful home and was very welcoming and instructions were explained clearly. Nice fenced in yard for dog and kiddo. Coffee bar was an extremely nice touch. So conveniently located to anything you needed and she left a handy binder of local needs, ie; stores, parks, church's...Robin just thought of everything! We will definitely love to stay there again when visiting family in Indiana.

Clean, quiet, comfortable

The house is beautifully updated. It's very quiet and comfortable. The little touches like the breakfast bar with coffee and tea, hot water on demand, and outdoor string lights on the timer were really nice. The beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains made for good sleeping. The location was very convenient for our needs. Communication with the host was quick and thorough. We would definitely stay here again.
