Welcome to a Beautiful Townhouse that includes 2 Bedrooms, 2 baths, 3 beds (2+1 sofa-bed). Enjoy gorgeous views and sunsets on the Laguna Niguel Lake. It's 8-10min drive from the Pacific Ocean and about 5-7 min away from stores and restaurants. Its very peaceful, quiet place to stay. Lots of flowers, trees and birds around. Free parking, pool and jacuzzi. For your convenience, we can provide a rental car Tesla Model S with free Tesla Supercharger on Turo. Thank you and hopefully see you soon!

Beautiful location, clean and great management

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 kids. Very impressed by how clean and well kept it was. Niko had lots of little touches to the home to make it feel cozy and comfortable. The beds were nice and soft with bedding that looked and felt brand new. It’s a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We used the community pool and hot tub which is in walking distance. And enjoyed sitting in the backyard looking over the lake, which also has walking trails. A close drive to restaurants and shopping. Niko had a very quick response time when anything was needed and very kind greeting us to the home. Overall a wonderful stay!

Great spot and view but missing a few essentials

The spot and view were lovely, the patio was great. We were not satisfied with the beds (the only real bed was very uncomfortable, the other 'bed' was a hard futon and for the couch bed there wasnt proper bedding. There were a lot of kitchen utensils missing, scratched pans, no dish cloths or kitchen towels (we had to dry hands and dishes with paper towels), and polyester sheets. For the amount we paid we were not satisfied with what we are used to in this price range, especially since we already accepted having a less modernised house for a good view. There were too many downfalls for us in this price range. Hosts were great and accommodating.
