WELCOME TO GWINN!
I LOOK FORWARD TO HOSTING YOU & YOUR CREW. I'm quite familiar with the area and so happy to help with any questions or tips etc that guests might be looking for.

Below are some rules that must be acknowledged prior to booking. I thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation. :)

Accounts must be verified and have updated profile picture of guest
Please send message with reason for visit( Airbnb required) along with number of guests. Additional guests are $10/ per guest

Please acknowledge understanding of the following guidelines; The Pipes are old and CANNOT handle other items such as tampons etc. **Fees will be assessed for any damage guests may cause if they flush other items.** Thank you for your understanding and cooperation on this matter.

($250+ fine if smoking occurs during your stay )
-NO PARTIES

**Non observance of any of the above will result in additional fees and fines**

Please remove shoes upon entering **Shoes cannot be worn in house**
Please remember pack warm socks and slippers.

The water heater is set quite high / hot
please be mindful of this when showering , etc.

There is NO AC ( I do provide a window unit for lower level as well as fans)

There are some spaces unavailable to guests- basement, garage & some closets. Guests will find these doors locked. Please be respectful of these private spaces.

Thank you for not putting luggage on bedding, it stains the bedding

Check out instructions:
wash all dirty dishes
Place dirty towels in shower or hamper provided
leave bedding on beds
All trash to kitchen or outside trash can

**To help with remaining enviro friendly and reduce sharing of germs, minimum room usage is implemented. If you prefer 3 guests in different rooms, please communicate that with me prior to arrival. **
