Great place for a beach vacation! Location is perfect for walking out to the beach and having the chair and umbrella rental is really convenient - as is the beach shack restaurant within a very short walk! The condo itself was clean, well appointed, and met the description in the listing. We were a family of 5 and had plenty of space. We really enjoyed our trip to Destin and highly recommend staying here

This is a great location in Destin. Really liked the view and we appreciate these pet friendly units. Everything was in order so there were no surprises. I will say the pots/pans need to be replaced. I get it’s a rental but a new set along with more silverware is needed.

My husband, mom, my almost 4 year old son, our dog and I all stayed and it was a wonderful experience! Everything was clean, organized and easy to find that we needed in the house. Amazing!

Our time at this property was amazing. It was so close to the beach, literally steps away. It was very close to restaurants, so convenient. Close to a grocery store as well. The house was clean, comfy and cute. This will be the only place we stay when we come back to Destin. Loved the place and we can’t wait to come back next year!

Louane, Thank you for staying with us on your trip to the beach. You did call regarding that you could not get the back door open. Maintenance was there within 10 min of your call. The maintenance showed you how to turn the knob and latch for the deadbolt. The other 3 ladies with you were very surprised that you called in that you could not open and shut the door. The door was opened and locked for you several times and the maintenance man also watched as you opened and shut the door. There was no issue with the door. Just the operator of the door.

Beach time

Have stayed in Sandpiper Cove for over 40 years. It is family oriented and we love it. Some units need little updating. Britton and his umbrella gang do a wonderful job of accommodating everyone on the beach.

Sandpiper Cove January 11 2024

We enjoyed a long MLK weekend stay in Destin at Sandpiper Cove. The community has become our favorite location in Destin as the properties are always as advertised and the management is easy to access and quick to respond on things.

Family vaca

Location is perfect! Kids spent hours playing directly off the deck in the sand & the pool was just a short walk across the street. Beautiful views from the deck. Also super convenient to have access to free beach chairs & umbrella all set up for you! We will definitely be back!
