When we arrived Enrico was there to meet us. This was great. He left us some cannolis and wine; which we enjoyed. We loved the location, restaurants nearby, stores. It was so safe, which I really appreciated. One night we were out at a restaurant nearby, and walked home at 11:30..we felt so safe. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Great apartment

The apartment is as advertised, check in was easy and Enrico was very responsive to our questions and requests. The location was excellent only a short walk to the Metro. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby for all our needs. The apartment was bright and spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The bonus was having a washing machine and a spot to hang clothes outdoor to dry. We would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional stay in Rome

We had an exceptional stay in Rome, Enrico is incredible, super accommodating, kind, extremely helpful and resourceful. The apartment is beautiful, modern, newly remodeled in a extremely safe and easy access area. The subway is about two blocks away, restaurants, cafes, even a Zara on the other side of the street. I absolutely recommend Enrico's place. You will be safe and very happy with your experience.

Impossible to find a better place in Rome !

Excellent apartment ! I don’t believe we could find something better for us and our kids !! We have an amazing time in Rome due to the great location, cleanness, living space, rooms and bathrooms distribution… we just don’t have a single even close complaint… Enrico the owner was amazing coordinating/helping our arrival, stay and departure from his home.. Really good people.. he even surprised us with a delicious Italian wine to welcome us 😉…. If I come back to Rome, I’ll definitely try first to see if this place is available…

Wonderful apartment in Rome

We had a wonderful stay in Rome at Enrico's apartment. It is even better than the pictures. It is clean and comfortable and fit our family of five perfectly. Furthermore, Enrico was a wonderful host answering all of my questions and even allowing us to drop our bags early. We were tremendously grateful for the air-conditioning as it was extremely hot while we were in Rome. Because it was so hot, we didn't walk as much as we normally would and we were grateful for a nearby taxi stand to take us any where we wanted to go. We found the best pizza we had in all of Italy right around the corner from the apartment. It was also very helpful to have a supermarket right across the street. The washing machine was tremendous to have too with the hot hot weather. We had a wonderful stay and we will definitely go back. Thank you Enrico.

Le calme à quelques minutes des sites touristiques

L'appartement est tout à fait fait conforme à la description, tout récemment rénové, très propre, confortable et lumineux. La résidence est située dans un quartier calme, et le petit café juste en face est parfait pour le petit déjeuner Le métro est à 3 minutes ce qui permet d'accéder rapidement à tous les sites d'intérêt. L'hôte, Enrico, est adorable et très à l'écoute.
