Fully renovated 3 bedroom/3 bath end unit townhome with common area to the right, located in the quiet Ocean Dunes community. 3 blocks to beach and 2 blocks to catch the Jolly Trolly to downtown rehoboth. Front screened porch equipped with comfortable patio furniture. Short stays welcomed 3 night min. Pet Friendly. Fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, 2 high-def flat screen televisions and wi-fi.
*Pet-friendly home, but the breed needs to be approved and non-refundable pet deposit will be required*
Other things to note
Linens are not included. Beds will have comforters and pillows, but guests need to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and beach towels. There is a washer and dryer in the unit to wash towels. Also, although there is a fireplace, guests are not permitted to light fires during their stay.

Great place with wonderfully responsive and gracious hosts. Generously stocked with paper products, hand soaps, shampoos/conditioners. Very comfortable, good location despite being by a very busy road (and VRBO mapping placed the location further away from the major thoroughfare). Overall, a great place!

I have stayed here before with our family. The location and neighborhood is great! It was clean and comfortable. Short walk to the beach and Dewey for restaurants and shops.

Clean and convenient

We enjoyed our stay during the off season. The property was the perfect layout to accommodate our family with an infant on a nap schedule. Christie was a great communicator. The unit was clean and comfortable. The location made it easy to quickly get to Dewey, Rehoboth and Lewes.

Very good location, we didn’t mind the walk and a quick car ride to Funland/Boardwalk. Place was kept very clean and they had backpack chairs, boogie boards and other beach gear for us to use! Plenty of space, and lots of amenities, and host responded immediately, very nice family beach trip
