This wonderful home has a primary bedroom en suit and two additional bedrooms located down a hall and share a bathroom. This kitchen is fully-equipped with anything you will need to make a great meal. You'll find a gas grill and plenty of seating for family cookouts or a perfect place to relax and unwind. Spend the evening relaxing in the four-season Carolina Room, or have a family night with the kids in Harbour Town. A community recreation area featuring pool, tennis and playground is only a block away.

THE AREA: The home is located in the Greenwood Forest Subdivision, the neighborhood community pool is located nearby along with a basketball court, tennis courts and a playground. Just before you reach the community pool area that is within a two minute walk from the home, there is a path that walkers and bikes alike can take to the Shoppes of Sea Pines and this path is also a shortcut to Harbour Town. The beach, shopping, dining, local entertainers, water sports, horseback riding, golf, tennis, lagoons, wild life, nature preserves, South Beach Marina and Harbour Town are all located a short bike ride away from the home. Come and enjoy all that Sea Pines Plantation and 94 Forest Drive have to offer making this the perfect vacation. During season there is a complimentary trolley that transports guests to the attractions within the Sea Pines Resort.

*Pickleball/Tennis court access: The court turns over every hour on the hour so if the clock strikes 1pm while you’re playing you must surrender the court to next players waiting. If nobody is waiting, you have the court until the 2pm turnover.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: 1 mile away from the beach. You can utilize the walking/bike paths to the beach for the ~25 minute walk or ~7 minute bike ride. The Beach Trolley shuttle is also, a great seasonal option.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 3 minutes by car from Greenwood Forest. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

The Sea Pines Resort is a 5,200-acre private residential gated community located on the southern tip Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Sea Pines is home to four golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Atlantic Dunes by Davis Love III, the Heron Point golf course, and the Sea Pines Country Club Course. The RBC Heritage is a PGA Tour event held annually in April at the Harbour Town course.

To access the resort, you will pay a $25/week gate fee upon arrival. This will be a cash payment at the gate and the gate officer will assist.
