Cocoa Beach - Beachside Retreat

Steps to the beach! Watch a rocket launch from your front door! This cozy, super clean, quiet, two-bedroom condo offers a living room and dining room area with a smart TV and high-speed internet. There's a small kitchen with a small range and a full-size fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers are provided for your use, as well as 4 Adirondack chairs in the backyard. You'll have your own parking spot and there's a shared washer and dryer on-site.
The space
This quiet condo is centrally located between downtown Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral. It's also very easy to get to the Orlando attractions. It's a short 3-minute walk to the beach, or you can easily (and free!) park your car near the beach.
You'll find 2 bedrooms each with a comfy queen bed and high-quality linens. There's a SMART TV available and high-speed internet (500Mbos+).
The unit is dog friendly (2 dogs max) and while the backyard is not completely fenced in, it is semi-private, and there is a nice walking path right around the corner. There's also 2 nice dog parks nearby.

Perfect base camp

Great location. Minutes walk from the beach. Nice quiet place considering how close it is to all the major hot spots in Cocoa Beach. Would certainly recommend. Property appearance was as advertised, neat, and cozy.

Everything was perfect

Very quiet location, beach access was clean and not over crowded. The regular tenants were very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended in my book, we will be back some day .

Even better than expected!

This condo was a very short distance to the beach, pier and great restaurants. It met all of our needs and then some. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. We even took some decorating tips for our new kitchen at home! Very much enjoyed our stay!

One Night Stay (Worth It)

It was a very relaxing stay for our 1 night before heading on our Disney cruise. We loved that it was so close to everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and clean. Although we didn’t get around to enjoying the beach. This unit had everything any child would need to enjoy their time at the beach. Great toy selections, which also included beach towels if needed.

This was perfect.

This was perfect for me and my son when his sub was docked at Port Canaveral. It was clean and cool. It was on a quiet neighborhood close enough to everything, but off the beaten path. My bed was very comfortable. It was a good hub for the sailors to meet up. They all loved it and wanted to know where I found it.

A Practical Stay

The location was convenient, the apartment was clean and well maintained, and we had everything we needed. The towels were so soft and plentiful. The only thing I wish was different was that there was really no comfy spot to hang out with our small group. The sofa was for two and the chairs were all very nice straight backs. The bedrooms didn’t have tvs so the only place to watch was out in that main area. Really, I would stay here again, but it would be much nicer with a larger sofa.
