The road to Dreamcatcher was a little scary, but we had no real problem. The condo was a dream with fabulous views. The furnishings and amenities were first rate. We loved our stay!
This condo was one of the best places I have ever stayed. The view was phenomenal and is worth it to stay here by itself. The condo had everything you need and I will definitely be staying here again.
The Location, View, power window shades, ... were Awesome.I wish we knew the sun would heat up the unit to 85 degF if we left the shades open. We are used to AC, the fans helped, but were very noisey.Overall a very good choice!
This property was excellent with a FABULOUS view of the mountains. The drive up to the condo was "interesting" but once we figured out where our condo was, we found a more direct route than GPS provided. When we arrived, we were warned by neighbors that bears were "active" in the area, but the condo supplied BEAR SPRAY so we were just cautious when we were out. The area we were in provided easy access to Estes Park (downtown area) as well as Rocky Mountain National Park. This condo was supplied with more than ample amenities! We LOVED this property and highly recommend it!Carol

Spectacular views! Without GPS we would not have been able to find the condo. Treacherous assent, narrow road with 8 switchbacks. No Air Conditioning. Having the garage was great!
The views are gorgeous and this condo had everything we needed. Getting to the house has quite a few sharp turns that may be hard for a larger vehicle to navigate and the driveway is very slim. We had a smaller SUV so we were able to park in the garage which was nice. Overall this was a great place to stay.
We loved the property! Very few look even better than the pictures and this one does. Beautifully decorated, chef kitchen, comfortable and spectacular views! We definitely would stay here again.
My son picked this place to stay and go for his senior trip. It was amazing. Loved the views. We would choose this place again and again. It was very clean.

The views from this condo are beyond epic!!! You will not regret your stay!!! We will be back again next year!!!
Very nice place to stay. Be aware there is no AC, so it was a little stuffy in the afternoons, but cooled off nicely at night. There were plenty of fans available to help with this. The view was amazing!
Great property and will stay again. Only issue was check in. No initial communication, went to the property address only to have to com back down and go to the reality office in town. Then once we got that sorted they did not tell you how to gain access to the main door which was though another door. Thankfully Adam answered the phone every time I called. Was just a bit frustrating after a full day of traveling.
Not your typical VRBO! It appears this property was owner occupied for decades (some very dated aspects) but then was recently renovated for renting out.
The good: New flooring, windows, fridge, microwave, & countertops. The amazing view from the top of the mountains. Having Elk literally roaming in the driveway. Good response to our concerns (see below)
The bad: No window coverings. Yes we are in the mountains, but still nice to have bedroom privacy from those houses below. The door leading from master bedroom to outside deck was broken off hinge. No screen door leading to main deck area (with no AC it would help cool main area). Shower in 2nd bath was very short and water does not drain very well.
The bizarre: If you have never used a Bunn coffee maker, do your research beforehand. Took us 2 days before we had hot coffee!! Apparently cleaning crew stopped dishwasher before cycle was complete causing it to beep every minute! We could not determine where the noise was coming from and even when we open and closed dishwasher it still continued. After a call to management, they shared the dishwasher needs to run a complete cycle before it will turn off!! Microwave appeared to be working (displayed time correctly) but would not allow us to enter. Appeared to be in child lockout mode???? No, another call to management and they shared last time this happened just unplug and plug back in again!!!
Again, very "unique" experience but sadly I cannot recommend for others.
Easy check in/out. The unit was very nice. Parking might be tight for some. No air conditioning, but probably standard for the area. I would stay here again.
The entire place was very clean and nice, enjoyed the Keurig and instant hot water pot. Electric mini blinds throughout were awesome. Can't beat the view, enjoyed coffee on the deck every morning. The toilets are very low for perhaps an elderly person, and a few things were a little dated. Would definitely stay again.
