Beautifully renovated 1 bedroom condo just blocks from St. Pete beach on a dead-end quiet street in a great neighborhood. Close to restaurants, library, gym, banks and other amenities within walking distance.
The kitchen in the condo has brand new stainless steel appliances including dishwasher with large countertops and tons of cupboard space. Bedroom has large bedroom closet for additional storage. There are new mini-split AC units in both bedroom and main living area. The unit has 1-2 parking spaces directly in front of the unit and keyless entry.

This is the perfect condo for someone looking to start their dream beach life!

St Pete Beach

Life in St Pete Beach FL has changed since the hurricanes passed through destroying many buildings in it's path. The crew that redid our building did an excellent job of bringing it back to life rather quickly. There is no way to tell it was damaged including all new kitchen and appliances. It is a great building less than a half mile from the Gulf of Mexico and the miles long beach of beautiful sand and warm Gulf water. There are still many restaurants along that walk with a scenic view of Blind Pass to enjoy a meal or beverage, sometimes bands and watch the passing boats and occasional dolphin. Priced very reasonably for the area. The ride along Gulf Blvd. offers many venues to enjoy all there is to do.
