3 bedroom, 1 bath recently renovated cottage 2 short blocks to Higgins Lake. Tall evergreens, campfires, hiking/biking/ORV/snowmobile trails, beaches and that Higgins Lake "up north" feel await. Neighborhood lake access 2 blocks away for swimming and close to public boat launches and North Higgins Lake State Park. Walking distance to B&B Marina for boat and paddleboard rentals. Forest Dunes golf is only twenty minutes away.

Main bedroom has queen bed, second bedroom full bed and third bedroom twin daybed with matching twin trundle. Sunroom can be used for sleeping on couch or room for air mattress (included). Renovated kitchen offers easy cooking. There's also an outdoor grill and fire pit w/adirondack style chairs for campfires. A/C and heat for any extreme weather. Perfect for a family looking to get away!

Wonderful stay up north!

This was our second time staying at this cuttle little cabin. We enjoyed the quiet location and the proximity to the lake and the market. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and we hope to be back next summer!

Up North Relaxation

The property was great, check in was easy. Access to local marinas, parks and beaches. Great for a small family or group. We rented a pontoon for the day and were able to easily get to and from the marina. The fire pit provides for a relaxing cool summer evening with plenty of chairs. Highly recommend and would book again for another weekend getaway.

Comfy, updated, cute and clean

Very cute and welcoming cottage. Super clean, updated, and well equipped. Even phone charger on each side of the main bed. It is only a block and a half away from the water. Great for my husband to get his sea kayak in the water. It’s a nice wooded lot although neighbors are pretty close. There is no washer and dryer but there’s a laundromat nearby they said. We managed without. Communication was good. They let us know when the cleaning was finished so we could get in earlier than 4 pm.
