The Pacific Paradise is a popular rental home located in the sought after Dory Pointe subdivision and only 2 blocks to the beach. There are large over stuffed comfortable sofas in the living room and an open floor plan that allows for family and friends to gather and share new and old memories or watch the game on TV. There is a gas fireplace to stay cozy and warm. The beautiful kitchen is fully stocked and ready for delicious meals to be prepared. The Pacific Paradise is a 4 bedroom house with 1 king size bed and 3 queen size beds. Outdoors there is a deck with a picnic table, propane BBQ. Brand new hot tub on the deck. There is BLM land on east side of house where you will feel like you are in the trees. You will find a walking trail in the BLM Land. The same families return year after year. This beautiful home will easily become a favorite destination for your getaway and your pet companion is also welcome.

The immediate neighborhood is just a short walk away to several restaurants. There is so much to explore along Pacific City's unspoiled coastline including beach combing, whale watching, horseback riding, surf rentals or just sit relaxing next to the pounding surf. Bring your kayak to launch into the Nestucca River or rent one locally.

Pet fee is per pet, per stay. Multiple pets require multiple fees. Pets must please stay off the furniture and beds and never left alone inside the house or garage unless in a kennel. Pet limit is 2.

Family vacation

We had the best time !! The home was perfect , plenty of room for all us. The kids loved the game room , so cute and cozy , love the layout had everything we needed ! Thank you for a wonderful stay and we loved making such great memories . Will definitely be booking again .

The house is wonderful. However the rear slider door is tough for an adult to open and nearly impossible for small child. The hot tub was a bit slimy when we got in. The game room was great but we never found the ball for the foosball table. The grill was left dirty from it's previous use. We would definitely rent this house again if these concerns were addressed. We really did like the space and it was well equipped for a family vacation. Great location as well, with a good proximity to shops, restaurants, and the beach.

Nice house with a nice clean hot tub

We enjoyed the house and the wooded area behind it. It’s walking distance to The Pelican Restaurant and beach access although we drove because it was raining heavily! The kitchen was well equipped and the kids had tons of fun in the game room!

Great house with all the appointments needed for a beach vacation. We were there during stormy December so all the nice features - hot tub, game room, etc - were perfect.

Great stay!

Stayed for the weekend and this place met all our needs. The backyard, although not fully fenced, has a great open space to walk the dog and there is also a trail that we didn’t have time to enjoy but was nice to know about. The kitchen was well stocked too. Nice, quiet neighborhood and just a quick walk to the beach.

We had a wonderful time however would have liked a cleaner hot tub! There was a dirty ring around this one. Also little more privacy! And I do have to mention all the rules. Let’s say my family rents two houses next to each other my family can’t even come over to say hello. I didn’t like that.

This home is in a wonderful location. It is well stocked, and the beds are very comfortable. The only things I would say that need improved are the dining room areas a little tight the slider was hard to open and the couch smelled a little bit like dogs.

Excellent home for families

This is a great place for families! The garage “game room” kept the kids entertained and the location was perfect for a short walk to the beach. Hot tub was new and in great condition. We have stayed in a lot of homes in PC and this is definitely one of our favorites.

Birthday beach getaway

The house is very nice in a nice subdivision close to the brewery and beach. We were able to access the walking bath behind the home as well as walking to the beach to watch the sunsets during our stay. There is a nice hot tub onsite as well as a fire pit. With four bedrooms and two and a half baths there was plenty of room for our family. We did not utilize the game room because it was a bit chilly in the garage but in the summer months it would be a lot of fun. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend if you want a nice relaxing weekend away.

Spring break

Booked last minute and house couldn't have been any better for me and my boys. Tons of room and very comfortable. Location was perfect for beach access. Have been to PC many times and was probably my favorite house.

Clean, well equipped home. Laid out pretty well, with extra space in the garage. Bed situation definitely fit more for couples, older kids etc as it was all queens and a king. Dining area was a little bit of a pinch tucked into a corner with bistro chairs. But overall the house was well kept, organized, easy to find everything.

What makes this property unique

Pacific City is a small community with a friendly atmosphere. The town is located off highway 101, easy enough to find and is free of the congestion of traffic that travels north and south along the coastal route. The house is within walking distance of the beach and all who stay here will not have to work hard at relaxing in our comfortable 'Pacific Paradise' home.
