My family and I live and serve as missionaries in the beautiful country of Costa Rica. I grew up not far from Folsom in beautiful Apple Hill, a must visit if you are in the area October-December. We love to travel and see the world and we love to host people in our home and make you feel welcome and comfortable as you explore Folsom and the amazing foothills and mountains surrounding the area.
Why they chose this property
This property is located in an incredibly safe and quiet community. It is conveniently located with access to highway 50 and not far from interstate 80. The location is close to shopping, restaurants and the conveniences of a city, but also tucked away from the traffic and noise. The condo is located within walking distance to public access on Folsom Lake and the property is connected to miles and miles of incredible biking and exercise trails. It really is the perfect location.
What makes this property unique
Grocery stores and several restaurants are located within walking distance as well as public access to Folsom Lake (1 mile). There is a public golf course located adjacent to the property. Access to the vast interconnected biking/walking and running trails providing miles of beautiful and well maintained trails is just steps from the front door. This condo is located with easy access to the outdoor enthusiasts dream of the Sierra Nevada mountains with camping, hiking, biking, skiing, fishing and hunting in the multitude of lakes and rivers and hundreds of thousands of public access forests. It is perfect for the active professional, relocating families in transition or anyone looking for a quiet, safe and convenient location to live.
