A nice, easy stay

The stay was perfect for what we needed. Close to the medical center and within close access to parks, groceries, etc.

Property looks okay from outside. House inside mainly clean. Needs a deep cleaning and maintenance to the floor ( gaps in kitchen floor). Quality of sheets and pillows are poor. Towels were stained Ac could not keep the house cool in the afternoon Okay place to stay

Nice little place!

All updated and remodeled recently. Quiet neighborhood close to plenty of restaurants and the ball parks we were in town for. Would definitely rent again!

Both front and backyard were a mess. Weeds, trash and debris in yard. House was kind of clean. Neighborhood was fair. We would not recommend and would not stay again.

Great stay!

We had a great experience. Property was clean, dog-friendly, and very convenient. We had clear information from the host and everything worked well. I would only ask for two small changes— more towels, especially washcloths would be great, and for the bedding, perhaps a less strong laundry detergent scent could be used, it was hard on my allergies with the very floral scented pillow.

Unfortunately, the house smelled like old cigarette smoke had settled into the walls and upholstery from years of tobacco use. I walked in the home, and it smelled so stale and dirty, that my son and I could not stay. We had treatments for a few days at Children’s Hospital and we had hoped to stay close by, but we had to stay elsewhere. If you are not a smoker, I would not recommend staying there.

Great House

The house was well equipped, well-maintained, well stocked and clean. The bathroom and kitchen were modern. It was ideal for my needs as I was spending most of my time at Anschutz hospital which was just five minutes away. I liked having a quiet place to come to with no other people at the end of the day. And liked having my own driveway.

We had rented this VRBO, but were at the hospital every day, so we were a little stressed. Jeff helped us with every request/question we had. When we needed more towels, they were there the next morning. He respected our privacy but was always available by text. He made our three-week stay there that much less stressful. Thanks Jeff!! 5 stars

Good stay but yard neglected

The house interior is clean, comfortable and as described. We rented a house because we were traveling with our dogs but the yard was knee high with thistle and weeds. It was a challenge to use the yard. There was also mouse poison in a trap that a dog could chew through and access. Less these issues the property is comfortable and as described.
