Bright 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, 3 stories modern house (duplex) overlooking pristine northern Lake George. Sleeps 7. The house is in Cook's Bay on the east side close to Whitehall and a 20 minute drive to Ticonderoga. There is a short walk to the dock and large grassy sitting area on the lake. Kayaks (2) and water toys are included. The dock can accommodate your boat. Huletts landing boasts a 9 hole par 3 golf course, a public beach with swing set, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. Laundry facilities on second floor. Kitchen is equipped with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc. Sheets and towels are included. There is fire pit for toasting marshmallows or drinking wine.

The house boasts a great sunset each night from the deck or fire-pit area. The rooms are large so everyone can have their space. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes for all occasions. The short walk to the dock gives guests a second location to relax. Cook’s Bay is quiet. Perfect for kayaking, swimming, sailing or paddle boarding.
