About this property

Our beach condo is a large clean, updated, comfortable space with a screened in balcony allowing for water views. This condo is fully furnished with all new furniture and a beautiful updated kitchen with granite countertops. The benefit of this condo is the location. The best of intracoastal fishing off the community pier and a walk across the street leads to the Gulf of Mexico beach. The Vista Bay complex has a community pool, tennis courts, fishing pier, shuffleboard court, a cabana, and BBQ grills. Just a short walk to local bars, restaurants, and a coffee shop. Rent includes electric, water, sewer, trash, pest control, internet, and cable.
