Thank you for the lovely review. Glad the place was cozy and well equipped in the kitchen and bath, and that the location and our prompt, helpful interactions met your expectations. You’re welcome back anytime!
Super cute little place right off Cabot St - central to everything. Funky bo-ho vibe with fun art and vintage fridge. This is a historic house so be ready for the funky layout that comes from a Victorian house being turned into apartments - it felt just like home to us coming from San Francisco. Communication with property manager was fast and easy.

Cheerful decor, well-equipped kitchen, and clean. Good location in walking distance to restaurants. However, there was a musty smell throughout the building and rooms.
Adorable and conveniently located. Host was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

So comfortable, clean, and cozy. Remarkably central location and really thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. We traveled with our toddler and it was super friendly space for our family. We will be back again!
We enjoyed our stay at this cute and cozy property. We had great access to Salem and surrounding areas making it easy to explore. I also liked being able to walk to a coffee shop for a tasty brew and sip it on a nearby beach.
Fun decor, clean & easy to check/in. We loved the location! It was perfectly nestled between Salem and Gloucester ( our two places to visit) and walkable to the train station. Easy/assigned parking was a plus! Would absolutely book again if in the area . Quiet/residental but plenty in town

Thank you for your review Lauren! We're so glad you enjoyed the space and its great location. We'd love to welcome you back to Beverly anytime!
Property was adorable. Everything was perfect and the location was optimal. Stayed just one night on our way to Portland ME after arriving at Logan Airport.
Highly recommend to anyone for an artful getaway
The apartment is in a great location; right off Cabot Street which has multiple restaurants, bars and stores. It’s also very walkable to the beach and to parks. The apartment was very clean, well stocked and easily sleeps 4. The manager was quick to respond to questions. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.
Great location, clean but hardly any heat. Upon arrival, the space heater provided in one of the bedrooms showed the temperature at 52 degrees and it barely went over 60 degrees during our stay. We contacted the property manager who said it was out of thier control and the owner controlled it, as there was no thermostat in the unit. This issue should be included in the description of the property. I owned a short term rental in Beverly for several years and allowed the renters to control the heat and AC. You have to when its 30 degrees outside. Our stay was not restful when you are awoken every few hours to put on another layer to stay warm. In fact, last night we left the unit to go to a warm bar before coming back for bed.
My friend and I shared a girls trip to see nearby sites. Staying in Beverly was perfect as there were things to do within walking distance and it was a very safe area. The rental was beautifully decorated -- we especially liked the cute fridge and art. The beds were comfy and all linens/towels were great. The rental was as described, minus a few things (no salt/pepper or plastic wrap). A quick trip to the store solved that. Please note the washer and dryer are in the basement and take quarters. We'd definitely stay there again.
Absolutely fantastic apartment in a great location! The children and I had a great time in Beverly. There are great shops, restaurants, and coffee shops to walk to. The beach is so close too. Salem is just across the bridge and a super easy and quick drive.
The apartment was so cute, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the host was easy, and any questions were answered quickly. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
The apartment was lovely and clean. However, the parking area was covered with snow and ice, it was dangerous to maneuver. It snowed two days before my visit, there was a mound of snow from the city plow that I had to drive over to get to the area. It snowed and had a freezing rain storm while I was there. Again, the parking area was not cleared. It ‘s unfortunate that the homeowner isn’t more responsible.

Unfortunately, we had a bad stay at what we thought would be an adorable apartment in Beverly! The communication with Rachel (property manager) was excellent but the apartment itself was very run down behind the facade of paint and cute furnishings. The major problem was the awful smell (like rotting trash) to the rear of the apartment and damp - especially in the 2nd bedroom. My son has asthma so after a rough first night, he had to sleep on the sofa. The air conditioner in our room had mould spores and an exposed pipe with damp coming through from the apartment above. The apartment is in a great location near shops/restaurants but we would not advise staying there if you have any issues with damp/mould. We had to look for alternative accomodation for the remaining 2 nights which meant it was a total scramble on the day of a family wedding. We were reimbursed for the 2 nights we didn't stay but nothing was done for the inconvenience of having to move and also our son having to sleep on the sofa.

Windows only haxe cheap plastic blinds as covering, so it was quite upsetting when we checked in and as I lowered the blinds for privacy (there are no curtains) the large window at the foot of the bed collapsed onto the floor!
That left us to be open to be viewed in bef by neighbors.
I immediately notified manager and they replaced the blind the next morning.
The nexr 4 days were filled with construction noise from the neighbors right outside that same bedroom window starting as early as 6:45 am. Thankfully they finished on the 5 day and then we had the sound of kids constantly running across the ceiling/ floor of the unit above for hours and hours 😪😱
I guess we should gave stayed in a cheap hotel
Thank you for your review Julie! It was a pleasure hosting you!
