Take the vacation of your dreams at this unique oceanfront home on the Balboa Peninsula. The perfect place to make all of your beach living dreams come true, this beautiful duplex boasts a cheery, coastal design that centers on the oceanfront location just steps from the beach, Balboa Pier, and Balboa Village.

This spectacular condo has the perfect mix of indoor/outdoor living and comes well-appointed with all the modern home essentials. The beach-view patio offers a breezy perch complete with a grill, an outdoor dining area, and a lounge. The chef of the group will also be in paradise with beautiful countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, and ample cookware in the full kitchen! A dedicated beverage fridge, comfortable seating, and a smart TV set the stage for casual home entertainment. Each bedroom includes its own smart TV for added flexibility. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the modern must-haves.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is construction nearby until December 2024. Usual hours of intermittent construction Monday thru Friday 7am to 4:00pm with occasional weekday work until 6:30pm. NO construction on weekends. Rates have been discounted by 15% for all booking stays between now and December 2024 to compensate for any inconvenience.
Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great
Hosted a few co-workers while they were in town and had a great experience at this home. Loved everything about it, especially the large garage which fit my truck perfectly. Reached out to the staff on a minor issues and they addressed it quickly. Highly recommend.

The house was exactly what we were looking for- on the beach, very clean, parking for two cars, A/C, large patio and close to everything. We would recommend and return again.

Pretty decent stay
The location is incredible and great views. We liked the layout of the place and the amenities were decent. Very nice kitchen. We might stay here again but would like to offer some suggestions to make it better. We wanted to use the gas grille but it didn’t have a starter and nobody got back to us for over a day and a half and we checked out when they got back. The pillows on the beds are super cheap pillows and uncomfortable. With a nice place invest in some nice down pillows like other nice VRBO stays. Location isn’t going to makeup for a comfortable sleep. Lastly it would be convenient to offer a garage opener instead of getting out to close it with a code. There is a code for the garage door, a code for the side garage door and a code for the house and they are all different. Not sure if you can combine the two garage codes to make it easier biggest thing is communication. If I have a question you have to respond in a reasonable time. I literally had one question and was not a nuisance. The place was clean. I would stay here again if I knew they made some of these changes.

Great location and very clean
Conveniently located right across from the beach and easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Also, the Balboa Island ferry was within close walking proximity as well. We were in the upper unit and the parking lot right outside the balcony didn't bother us at all as the cleanliness of the unit and location far exceeded our expectations.
