About this property

Spacious Galway City House

Our home is located right in the middle of Galway City. The house was built in the 1920s and has been completely renovated.
Located less than 10 minutes from Eyre Square and Salthill. This is a fantastic opportunity to stay in a truly magnificent home and one of only a few period properties left in Galway.

We have been using AirBnB for years but this will be our first time hosting as we go traveling this summer. We have a very experience team in place to ensure your stay is perfect.

Great home in a Fabulous location!

The home is beautiful- lots of room and character. The back addition was perfect for meals and hanging out. The location was ideal - just a short walk to everything in Galway. We parked our cars and never used them for three days. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Overall the house was very clean…some cobwebs and dust balls made us not give a perfect score. The property manager was quick to respond and helped with our minor issues. Beautiful home!!

beautiful luxury house near the heart of town

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Galway City House! It was one of the nicest VRBOs I have ever seen, and our group of 7 included seniors and kids. The location is within a short walk to the Crane Pub (traditional Irish music!), the Galway Cathedral, and the downtown shopping area. All the bedrooms are on the 2nd or 3rd floors, so mobility is needed. The beds are all good except for the top level - it could use a better mattress. We were impressed by the detailed welcome book, the upscale and spacious living areas, and the warmth of our host, Malcolm, who was quite responsive by text. We had a large rental van and were able to park it in the private driveway. Would absolutely recommend this place for your stay in Galway, and I would definitely stay here again!
