There are numerous delicious places for dinner that are walking distance, or prepare a meal in your fully equipped kitchen. Take a dip in the pool or hot tub, and relax with your favorite beverage while enjoying the sound of the waves. Sleep great in the brand new king sized bed, and do it all again tomorrow! The sleeper sofa has also got a brand new mattress. The condo has recently been freshly painted and decorated. There’s a beautiful brand new zero entry tile shower and bathroom. Great vacation and location

This was a great location and on the beach access was amazing. Air conditioning in this condo worked amazingly! Bedroom was nice and comfortable. Getting in and out was a breeze. Overall i would rent again. But a few things that would be handy to keep in a closest. Umbrellas for the beach. The nice orange umbrellas they put out every morning are like $45 a day and they put them up way early. An ice chest to carry drinks out to the beach would be handy to have. Filding chairs to take out onto the beach and sit in the water would be nice so you dont have to purchase all these at walmart.. The couch bed is really not great. As a couch its perfect but as a bed not so much. Maybe in the future a higher quality more sturdy pull out option theres no way an adult could sleep on that. Overalls 5 🌟 would help

Very nice condo! Excellent location steps from the beach! Will definitely stay here again for our next beach trip! Only a couple of suggestions: air filters need changed, provide more towels for showers and the cable box in the master bedroom did not work. Thanks for our stay we had a great vacation!

Outstanding beach getaway

This place is perfect for a simple relaxing beach vacation. The beach is literally your back yard. It even has a small cement patio I was able to grill on. Highly recommended

Best location on the beach!

We loved staying at this lil spot on the beach! Great location! Could drink coffee on patio and watch the ocean every evening. Only steps to The beach! Loved having the pool And hot tub as well. Condo was renovated and very nice and modern and clean! Everything was close to shops and restaurants! Very good communication with the owners! Will stay again!

Wonderful Location, Superb Suite

This property faces the surf, literally 30 steps or so from the beach entrance. There are numerous locations quite near for food. The owner was very responsive to my requests. Quick, helpful answers. The suite itself was clean and inviting. Quite cozy. There was ample utensils for cooking our own food. Plenty of towels throughout. We will definitely reserve this one again. Highly recommended!

Peaceful Stay

This condo is right on the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and the wine bar. We had our dogs with us, so we really appreciated the first floor unit with a walk-out patio to a nice grassy area. The owners were super responsive during the booking process and when we ran into an issue during our stay. Perfect spot for an off-season anniversary weekend.

Great spot!

Cozy, clean and comfy condo perfect for the wife and I, and the location can't be beat! Great patio looking out on the beach and the Wanna Wanna right next door for meals and drinks. Close neighbors were not an issue but some of them really loaded up their patio spaces with a lot of junk (beach chairs, coolers, wagons, etc) and upstairs a lot of dragging of chairs could be annoying when we were enjoying some quiet time. Number one suggestion: it would be great to also have keyless entry on the sliding backdoor to the beach so we wouldn't have to go through the lobby wet and around to the front door after coming in from the water.

Location, location, location

When we beach vacation, our top priority is proximity to sand. As described, porch is just steps from boardwalk to beach. Unit was well stocked and just as pictured. Owners were responsive to our emails and willing to help with any of our requests. We'd stay again if we head back to South Padre.

We are from Ankeny, Iowa. We have a small home improvement business. We have had long term rentals in the past, but transitioned into this vacation rental a couple of years ago. It is so much more fun! We fell in love with South Padre Island a few years ago, the first time we visited. It has been very rewarding to make improvements to our condo and try to make it everyone else’s favorite place too! There’s something very rewarding about hearing from our guests that they had a great time and loved staying at our place!

Why they chose this property

We have absolutely loved being ground floor-right in front of the ocean! We really feel like we have the best location on South Padre Island!

What makes this property unique

Our condo is a few steps from the beach. We are right next door to Wanna Wanna-a favorite bar and grill on the island. Our condo is positioned in La Internacional to face directly at the ocean, and being ground floor means we can walk out our sliding glass door a few steps to the beach. We remodeled our bathroom and have a large, zero entry tiled shower. We have newer furniture, including new mattresses on the king sized bed and queen sized sleeper sofa. Our condo is all updated, clean and comfortable, with the most amazing view!!
