Bright and open sunny beach home is steps away from the Atlantic Ocean and only 5 blocks from the famous Oceanfront Carolina Beach boardwalk. 2nd row near the road can be a bit loud with traffic and people walking. you're close to it all!

We are right next to all of the hustle and bustle of Carolina Beach, making it easy for guests to walk to the boardwalk or pubs, amusement rides and more. We're close to the action and excitement, making vacation fun and memorable, while occasionally being a bit noisy, especially during holiday weekends.

Appliances:
-full-size fridge, dishwasher, range/oven, microwave, blender, toaster, and washer/dryer.
- Fully stocked kitchen: Dishes, silverware/flatware, glassware and coffee cups, pots/pans, utensils, Keurig, and bakeware.
- Bed linens, bath towels and beach towels provided as well as a starter kit of hand soap, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, and paper towels.
- Fast WIFI throughout the whole house with Fire Stick equipped TV (living room) and ROKU TV in all three bedrooms.
- Outdoor/Open Air Shower for cleaning off the sand from the beach day.
- Pet friendly: A maximum of 2 medium dogs are permitted. The pet fee is $250 for the first pet, 2nd pet fee is $100. Please ask about the pet policy!
- The pool is open from May 1 - September 15. (approximately, weather dependent) Pool open during daylight hours per the health department.
- Sleeps 8. 2 Queen Beds, 1 Full over Full Bunk Bed. 165 lb weight limit on top bunk.
- Parking: 2 vehicles only, passes provided.

The condo is well stocked with chairs for the beach, bikes and a bunch of other items that we didn’t have to haul there which was nice. The owners are great and this was the second time booking this home. It’s in a great spot, super easy walking to the beach and to the boardwalk.

House was very clean, stocked with ample amenities, and ready for our arrival. Host always communicated promptly, offered lots of suggestions for local restaurants and activities plus detailed check-in instructions.The house was as described, about a minute walk to the beach, located in a quiet area and about 7 minute walk to boardwalk area. We had no problems, loved the decor and enjoyed a quiet relaxing stay. The large blacony was so nice to watch morning sunrises. There were bicycles on premise for us to use. My husband did ride when it was warm. The grandkids liked the variety of games they found. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall wonderful & great location! Pet friendly & even had a dog gift basket! This place had absolutely everything you could need for the beach including bikes & a cooler. It got hot upstairs at night & we couldnt figure out why or how to fix it. Not sure if it is because we went late in the season or what but there were some bugs that came out at night.

Perfect place

Perfect place for family vacation with kids (and dog :)) clean, cozy, and has everything we needed and even more. I was really amazed by all little touches and how thoughtful the hosts are. Great communication too. Also, super easy acess to the beach, litterally less than a minute.First time in my life throughout the vacation I never had a single thought that something is missing or "it would be nice if ...". Amazing all around!

First beach week in 20 years that we didn't need to bring all the gear, which really got us into the beach vibe easy. Property provided all linens, towels, even beach towels, and all the beach toys we needed...boogie boards, chairs, and a wagon to tote it all. few bikes were provided and we used pleasure island realty to get few more (highly recommend the fat tires). House was clean and the owners were super helpful and courteous anytime we needed anything, even checking on us before/after a brief storm. All around a great place and location, off the boardwalk but close enough to get there when you want to. Great place!

Perfecr Spring Break Getaway

This was the perfect place for our family to spend spring break. The location is steps from the beach with an ocean view from the patio. The neighborhood was very quiet and walkable to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions. The home is fully stocked with everything you need for your vacation. Family Get Away

A great family get away! Pack your bags and go. Everything you need is waiting at the house! Beach toys, chairs, towels, buggy to pack it all to the beach! Outside grill, bicycles, and pool. We enjoyed the local eateries and loved that the boardwalk was a few blocks away. Definitely close enough to walk if you choose to. We had a great time and hope to visit again.

We had a fantastic time at Carolina Beach, and our VRBO rental was excellent. Kyle & Samantha are great hosts, very responsive and considerate. The unit was clean, spacious, and stocked with extras (beach towels, etc.) that many others don't provide. We'll definitely be back!

Cute spot so close to all the best parts of Carolina Beach!

We really enjoyed our stay in Carolina Beach at The Seahorse Paddock. The hosts were really friendly and welcoming, providing excellent directions and recommendations for us. It took just a few minutes to be at the water, or at the carnival/boardwalk, or at a cute little spot for morning coffee. The area was bustling and fun but quiet at night. The townhouse had everything we needed to head to the beach, make family dinners, and feel comfy and relaxed. 10/10, highly recommend!

Amazing Easter Beach Weekend!

Kyle and Sam were awesome hosts and kept in great contact to ensure we were all checked in/out easily. They also gave great tips on things to do and places to eat. The property is in a great location that made it easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, and boardwalk (and this is with TWO toddlers!) We visited the Fort Fisher Aquarium, which was also a super easy drive. While the area is pretty busy, it does stay pretty quiet and night and we noticed our side of the beach wasn’t as crowded as places near the boardwalk/hotels. We were able to easily find a good spot coming off the beach access for our beach tent and chairs each day. VERY convenient given we had a two wagons — one for beach gear and one toting the kids. The dogs also loved the early morning walks on the beach! Home was super clean and had everything we could ask for, especially for a family with 2 little ones. This is probably the LEAST we ever had to pack for a trip since they had everything at the home. Thank you for an amazing stay! HIGHLY recommend this place!

My wife and I spent years dreaming, budgeting, and saving to have our own place here at Carolina Beach and it has finally happened. We are so stoked to share it with you. Please, enjoy the beach, a cocktail on the patio, board games around the table, a night out at The SeaWitch or Fat Pelican, a nice dinner Havanas or a night in watching movies, and most of all have fun, make memories, and live in the moment. Life is short, enjoy it!

About Us: We’re college sweethearts, we met in 2006 (on MySpace! - yes, we met online before it was “cool”) and we got engaged in 2010 in downtown Wilmington. We have two pups, that we spend a lot of time with doing agility and running the local frisbee club. We love to travel, spend lots of time with family, and of course crash here at Carolina Beach when we can.

Why they chose this property

Our spot is perfectly placed, a few blocks from the boardwalk, but far enough away so that you can still get a quiet night's sleep and only steps away from the beach access. We love sitting on the porch and listening to the waves crash in the morning with a cup of coffee or tea.

What makes this property unique

We not only have close access to the beach but we also have a relaxing pool for your enjoyment. We have been told multiple times that our space does not feel like a rental, it feels like a home and that is exactly what we want, we want you to feel at home.

As strange as it sounds, we care. We truly do. We want you to have a great vacation, which is why we don't charge hidden cleaning fees or extra for the bicycles. We provide ideas/suggestions and have a simple check-out process. This is vacation, not a chore.
