Great house

This house was a perfect fit for our family of 7. We had a couple of internal issues that the host was over the top helpful with. It was a great stay for us!

Loved the property

We stayed there - the view off the back deck was amazing. We did horseback riding nearby and a nice dinner in Lexington. Loved the property - we'll be back!

The right spot

Quiet house tucked away in country side south of Lexington. Newly renovated with comfortable furnishings. Spacious open floor plans across 3-stories. We enjoyed being together and options to separate on the basement floor, Main Floor deck or sleeping areas on the third floor. We cooked out on the deck enjoying the weather and lake setting. Morning coffee watching wildlife. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and owner has taken great care to provide comfort. I hope to return in the next few years.

I’ve been a house “rehabber” for years and fell in love with the views of the lake from the old property that was here. My brother and I thought a family retreat would be a wonderful idea to have so I took down the old house (an old A frame with no space) and built this place with our families in mind. Since we aren’t able to be here full time, we decided to share it.

Why they chose this property

I love my neighbors and swear they’re the best on the lake. They watch out for everyone and it’s a nice family atmosphere. The deer usually make an appearance late afternoon and that’s just a bonus to the great neighborhood.
