This lakefront home has great views and private boat ramp and dock.

This 3,200-square foot home sleeps 14 people and includes 4 bedrooms, queen sleeper sofa, 3 full baths, 2 dens, large deck overlooking the lake, washer and dryer, 3 fireplaces, screened in porch, and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Large den has tables/bar seating for 16.

Boat rentals and delivery available at nearby marina (Herrington, Chimney Rock and Pandora Marinas) or bring your own and take advantage of our dock and private boat ramp. Swim or fish off of the private dock.

Nearby attractions include historic Danville; Bourbon Trails; Shaker Village; golf; restaurants; Anderson-Dean Community Park and Aquatic Facility; The Great American Dollhouse Museum; state parks; horse-riding stables; bike trails; drive-in theater; live theater; canoe, rafting and kayaking trails; and shopping.

Two families (friends and business partners) from Louisville, Kentucky purchased this home in the fall of 2014. We have 5 daughters between us and we are all excited to share this home with you! We were instantly in love with the home and believe that the property is amazing and unique. It's a great place to relax and unwind.

Why they chose this property

This house sits on a point and has a spectacular view of the lake. It is located on a quiet, private road, but is only a few miles from restaurants and other attractions.

What makes this property unique

The private boat ramp is a great perk, and the views from the upper level deck and the lower level screened-in porch are beautiful and relaxing. The great room is a large, open space which nicely accommodates a large group for meals or games.
